Where the provisions set out in this Chapter are not complied with, the Government of Guinea-Bissau reserves the right to suspend the licence of the offending vessel until the formalities have been completed and to apply the penalty laid down in current Guinea-Bissau legislation and, in the event of a recurrence, not to renew the licence. The European Commission shall be informed thereof.

The two Parties shall seek agreement for the purposes of establishing a system of electronic exchange of this information.
